A Westbury man is facing charges and is accused of committing a lewd act outside of a church.

Police say Neil Nembhard was at the Church of the Advent in Westbury Thursday and a 58-year-old man noticed he was exposing himself and touching himself in the back of the church.

Officers were able to locate and arrest Nembhard shortly after.

Nembhard is facing public lewdness charges.
