2ds agoAuthorities say an arrest has been made in the police-involved crash that happened on Tuesday in Belmont.
Video captured the moment an NYPD cruiser with emergency lights on crashed into a car that then crashed into a school bus.
The NYPD tells News 12 that they have arrested 22-year-old Caludio Dominguez. Dominguez was allegedly driving a white BMW that crashed into a school bus on the corner of East 187th and Hoffman streets.
Dominguez is being charged with driving while ability impaired.
