A 38-year-old man’s roommate was taken into police custody after his death at a Brooklyn apartment.
Police say officers responded to the home on Bay 29th Street and found Phill Cayenne with bruising to his neck. He was then pronounced dead by EMS.
Cayenne's roommate is in custody, according to authorities. However, police say no arrests or charges have been made at this time.
Police say the medical examiner will determine the cause of Cayenne’s death.
