Police say they have identified the man involved a shooting in Morrisania on Tuesday.
They say 19-year-old Zachary Irizarry, of Brooklyn, fired shots in the direction of police officers responding to an altercation.
Officials say Irizarry was grazed in the hip and knee when officers fired back.
They say the shooter, along with another suspect in a nearby apartment, were arrested.
