Police release photos of subway chain snatcher in Mount Hope

Police say a person assaulted an Metropolitan Transportation Authority worker in Mott Haven earlier this month.

Video from the incident shows the person approaching the worker who was cleaning the mezzanine area of the Cypress Avenue subway station on Dec. 8 and punching him in the face.

The MTA worker was taken to an area hospital to be treated for cuts to his face.
