Nassau police are investigating the death of a woman in Merrick.

Police say they were called to a home on Lindgren Street around 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

When they arrived, they found a 58-year-old woman unresponsive. She was pronounce dead at the scene.

The woman's identity hasn't been released.

Police say the cause of death is undetermined right now, and they're continuing to investigate.
