Police have released a sketch of the suspect in the near-deadly shooting of an aide to Gov. Andrew Cuomo in Brooklyn.
The suspect is believed to be either 19 or 20 years old and was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black pants and a Jamaican flag around his neck.
He's wanted for shooting 43-year-old Carey Gabay, the first deputy counsel at Empire State Development, in the head before the West Indian Day Parade. Gabay remains in critical condition.
Authorities are offering a reward of more than $12,000 for information leading to an arrest.
