Police are searching for the man who pushed a 73-year-old woman to the ground and sexually assaulted her.

Police say the attack happened around 4 a.m. Tuesday on Reservoir Avenue. Police say the man placed his hand over the woman's mouth and then sexually assaulted her. They say the woman was able to push the suspect and scream for help.

According to police, the woman tried to use pepper spray in an attempt to get free. The attacker eventually took off but was caught on surveillance video.

The woman did go to the hospital with a minor injury.
