A 3-year-old girl fell out of a second-story apartment building window in Highbridge Saturday evening, officials say.
Officials say the toddler is going to be OK, surviving the 18-foot fall with just a broken leg.
Neighbors say the child may live with two other children.
Further details surrounding the incident were not immediately available. It was not immediately clear why or how she fell.
