Police are searching for a man accused of breaking into the basement of a building near Third Avenue and East 167th Street.
Police say it happened Tuesday morning and that the suspect was caught on surveillance.
They say once inside, the suspect grabbed several household goods, including garbage bags and toilet paper, then ran off.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
