A woman is facing charges for causing an altercation with employees at the Darien Chipotle, authorities say.
Police say Galeano Hernandez got into a verbal altercation with employees last week at the Post Road location after being asked to pay for a cup.
Hernandez told police she was picking up a delivery order and asked an employee for an empty cup.
Hernandez started an argument with the employee after realizing she would have to pay for the cup.
The employee told police Hernandez got upset, came around the counter and yelled at them.
Officers viewed video that confirmed the incident.
Hernandez was issued a misdemeanor summons for a breach of peace charge and is expected to appear in Stamford Superior Court next week.
