Polls are now open across New York City and Bronx residents have the opportunity to have their voices heard in this year’s presidential election.
At poll sites you may see extra security as the race is tight and emotions run high. The FBI in New York City says they’re ramping up security measures complete with an election command post to assess any threats. Mayor Eric Adams says there will be two police officers at every polling site in New York City. This is to ensure the safety of voters today as they cast their vote.
