The grand opening of the Triangle Hub Plaza on East 149th Street was held Wednesday.
The plaza houses a supermarket, Boston Market, eye care center, dialysis treatment center and the Metropolitan College of New York, which is set to open in September.
The $35 million multi-use building is expected to bring close to 200 permanent jobs to the area.
