One of the biggest names in entertainment teamed up with some of the biggest names in the business to help New Yorkers find jobs.
Roc Nation, an entertainment company founded by rapper Jay-Z and Reform Alliance, hosted a massive job fair at Madison Square Garden where companies from just about every area will be looking to fill thousands of positions.
The job fair not only offered job opportunities, but resume support, interview practice stations, access to professional attire and education speeches from special celebrity guests -  all completely free of charge.
"We've created this world where you can pick and choose areas where you might need a little more support, and a community that's ready to support you. It's really about walking into a place where you can feel, like a big hug," said Dania Diaz, managing director of Team Roc.
