The victim of a deadly shooting during Marist College's parents' weekend will be laid to rest today.

Paul Kutz was visiting his son in Poughkeepsie last weekend when shots rang out in the lobby of the Courtyard Marriott hotel.

The alleged shooter, Roy Johnson Jr., has been indicted on a murder charge and a second suspect, Devin Taylor, faces weapons charges.

Services for Kutz are being held at St. Anthony of Padua Church on Long Island.
