A sports clinic celebrating women and girls was held Saturday at the Kwame Ture Recreation Center in the Bronx.

Hosted by the New York City Parks Department, the “She’s On Point” event recognized the accomplishments of female athletes and their influence in the world of sports.

Women of all ages enjoyed various free activities including soccer, basketball and volleyball. The sports clinics aim to encourage women to get involved in sports.

The next clinic will be in Brooklyn at the Red Hook Recreation Center on March 17.
