A sinkhole in Morris Park trapped an FDNY fire truck today.
The sinkhole is located on Colden Avenue near Rhinelander Avenue.
FDNY and EMS crews were originally in the area around 8:30 a.m. responding to a medical emergency when the truck sank into the street.
A tow truck was brought in from Queens to lift the engine up.
A deputy chief told News 12 that a similar situation occurred last week in Brooklyn, resulting in injuries.
