A Stratford man and two juveniles are facing charges for stealing two cars in Newtown early Thursday, police say.
Police found an abandoned car at the intersection of Aunt Park Lane and Hundred Acres Road at 1:15 a.m.
Close to 20 minutes later, officers responded to a crash on Butterfield Road.
Police say one of the vehicles involved in the crash was stolen from a home on Aunt Park Lane.
Rashaun Woods was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, evading responsibility, operating without a license, and improper turn.
One of the juveniles was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of burglary tools.
The second juvenile was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of burglary tools, and weapons in a motor vehicle.
Woods was held on bond and was arraigned Thursday.
The juveniles were released to their parents.
