The JD Power 2022 North America Airport Satisfaction Study reveals a 25-point decline out of 1,000 compared with 2021 findings.
Two tri-state airports are featured in the study.
New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport is among the best-ranked airports in the country.
Newark Liberty International earned the status of the "worst."
