25ds agoHere’s what you need to know:
- A HEAT ADVISORY is in effect from 11a.m. today through 10 p.m. tomorrow. High heat and humidity is expected over the next few days. Heat indices will be between 95-100 degrees.
- An AIR QUALITY ALERT is in effect 11 a.m. through 11 p.m. Pollutant levels will be elevated this afternoon and evening. AQI values will reach over 100. People in sensitive groups should limit strenuous outdoor activities. Air quality concerns will likely get extended into tomorrow due to the high heat, humidity and stagnant air mass.
- It's warm, mostly sunny and sticky this morning. Temperatures are in the mid to upper 70s.
- Today will be sweltering with a mix of sun and clouds. Highs will be in the upper 80s, near 90 degrees. Feel like temperatures will be between 95-99 degrees.
- A few isolated showers and thunderstorms arrive after 3 p.m.
- Tomorrow will be another dangerously hot and unbearably humid day. Scattered storms possible in the morning and evening hours. Highs will be in the low 90s with feel like temperatures in the triple digits.
- The very hot and overwhelming humidity ease into the weekend. Friday will still be hot but not stifling. Heat indices can reach up to 95 degrees. Saturday looks to be the drier half of the weekend with less humidity. The humidity and storm chance return on Sunday. Highs will be in the mid-80s. Stay tuned for updates!

Saturday: Mostly sunny, warm, and less sticky. Highs near 85. Lows near 72.
Sunday: Sun, clouds, warm and noticeably humid. Chance of storms. Highs near 86. Lows near 71.
Monday: Warm, very humid and partly sunny. Highs near 84. Lows near 74.
Tuesday: Partly sunny, warm and sticky. Highs near 83. Lows near 72.
