A dietary supplement sold nationwide has been recalled after federal health officials said it may be contaminated with Salmonella. The recall involves Rosabella Moringa capsules made by Ambrosia Brands, LLC of New York, according to the FDA. Seven people have reported sickness and three have been hospitalized, officials said. The product is advertised as promoting sleep, joint health and energy levels. Salmonella can cause serious infections in young children, frail or elderly people and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy people infected with Salmonella may experience fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. The capsules were sold to consumers nationwide through the company’s website and the TikTok Shop. If you have any of these capsules in your home, throw them out or return them.
