The New York City Test & Trace Corps is bringing its Street
Health Outreach and Wellness program to those who need it the most.
A team of EMTs, clinicians
and social workers are on the streets of the Bronx five days per
week providing one-stop health services to the most vulnerable Bronx residents,
the homeless, people without insurance, and those who are undocumented.
The Test & Trace Corps has already helped 65,000 New Yorkers.
