Heading to the shore this holiday weekend? Be ready to pay just to get on the sand at many New Jersey beaches.
At Point Pleasant Beach, Jenkinson's charges $15 for adults on weekends and holidays. Kids are free.
Asbury Park also lets kids in free, with adults paying $10.
Sandy Hook doesn't charge for beach access, but parking is $20 per day.
In Long Branch, it's $9 for adults and $3 for teens. Cape May charges $10 for adults, while kids are free.
Deal is one of the priciest at $15 per visit. Its season pass jumped to $200 this year, the highest in the state.
