A Bronx woman claims police officers ignored a loud party that disobeyed social distancing rules right outside her Mount Eden home.

Emma Kazaryan recorded video of the party at around 12:30 a.m. at the intersection of East 174th and Selwyn Avenue.

She says she texted 311 after seeing around 20 to 30 people fighting, screaming and dancing.

Kazaryan says when police did arrive, an officer watched the group continue to party from an elevated street of the Grand Concourse.

"They just passed by them and didn't do anything," she says. "And these people didn't stop the music."

Kazaryan also says no one in the group was wearing a mask or following social distancing.

She says a patrol car passed by the gathering twice and then drove away. Loud parties take place at least twice a month at the location since the city's reopening, according to Kazaryan.
Kazaryan tells News 12 the party stopped at 3 a.m., but garbage and liquor bottles were left outside the location.

News 12 reached out to the NYPD and are awaiting a response.
