The John Theissen Children's Foundation has already given out 70,000 toy donations, but more toys are needed for older kids. 

Theissen told News 12 at the foundation's office in Wantagh that there are still around 10,000 toys to give out. 

"So many families are depending on us this holiday season, so we are working hard to get it done," he said.

Theissen says there is a great need for gifts for teens and tweens. He says they are hoping to see an influx of gift cards, jackets, bath and body products or anything else before Christmas comes.
