The polling site at 225 E. 149th St. in Melrose operated with only one iPad and voting table, forcing voters to turn away.

One voter told News 12 she waited in line for over an hour, as people cast their ballot one by one inside of the polling site.

With 10 poll workers and one iPad, voters said they were fed up.

"They had all this time to prepare," said voter Likisha Walker, "the South Bronx deserves better."
