WalletHub survey: NY ranks as one of least patriotic states in America

New York came in second to last - behind Arkansas - as being one of 2022's least patriotic states in America, according to a new survey from WalletHub.

New York came in second to last - behind Arkansas - as being one of 2022's least patriotic states in America, according to a new survey from WalletHub.
WalletHub compared military and civic engagement across the 50 states.
Connecticut came in at 45 out of 50, and New Jersey had a bit more patriotism at 38.
Topping the list was Alaska, Montana and Virginia.
The survey found that Alaska has the most veterans - 2.7 times more than in New York, the state with the fewest.
New Jersey has the highest share of adults who voted in the 2020 presidential election - 1 1/2 times higher than in Arkansas, the state with the lowest..
Utah has the highest volunteer rate, two times higher than in New York, the state with the lowest.
