Warmth on Earth Day for NYC to continue into sunny weekend
News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Darryl Green says Earth Day will consist of warm weather and sunshine that will stick around for the weekend.
Earth Day on Friday will consist of sunny skies and temperatures near 71.
Saturday will be partly to mostly cloudy with temperatures in the low-60s. There is also the chance of an isolated shower in the afternoon.
Sunny skies will continue into Sunday as temperatures reach into the low-70s again.
Monday will be cooler with temperatures in the low- to mid-60s under mostly cloudy skies.

SUNDAY: More sunshine - big contrast from 50s near the water to as high as 73! Lows near 53.
MONDAY: Mostly cloudy but cooler. Highs up to 64. Lows down to 52 under a cloudy sky.
TUESDAY: A chance of showers, otherwise partly cloudy. Highs around 66. Lows near 50.
WEDNESDAY: Partly cloudy and breezy. Highs near 60. Lows down to 41.
