Kids in Westport pulled out their sleds Wednesday to have some fun in the snow.

News 12 was outside Kings Highway Elementary School where the kids took advantage of the thick, fluffy snow.

Kids got the day off from school in Westport, but other districts had class virtually on Thursday.

The kids and parents from Westport said they were grateful for the much-needed play day after a very rough year.
