Windsor Terrace residents in one community are divided on plans from a developer to build a luxury building.

The plans would put up a 13-story building at 312 Coney Island Ave.

Neighbors believe it would disrupt the community. They say it's twice the size of surrounding buildings.

They also feel the luxury development would begin to push out middle class families in the community. However, other community members support the development.

The building will include new facilities for a church and school that are currently at that location.

The developer is also touting 70 new affordable housing units.
