After someone in the Bronx woke up a millionaire Tuesday morning, others are hoping lightning will strike twice at the same place. The $1 million second-prize winning ticket was sold Monday at the Fairfield Food gas station on Third Avenue in the Bronx.
Wednesday's Powerball jackpot worth is roughly $1 billion.
