Police responded to a call of a woman being slashed at E 167th St and Grand Concourse just before 1 a.m.
The 31-year-old was slashed once in the face and was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
Police have a person of interest in custody.
There are no charges or motive for the slashed as of Sunday morning.
In a citizen video obtained by News 12 you can see dozens of police officers in front of 1197 Grand Concourse and three people in hand cuffs around 1 a.m. Sunday.
