Families displaced by the five-alarm fire on Wallace Avenue are asking for answers from elected officials after a town hall.

Advocates say residents need more support, as their temporary hotel stays provided by the American Red Cross have ended.

Many are now facing the possibility of entering the shelter system and feel like they have not been given enough support after losing everything.

The Red Cross says it is working with families to help them transition to long-term recovery options.
