Applications officially opened Thursday for the fully furnished Urban Pathways building on Boston Road in the Morrisania section of the Bronx.
The new apartment building was built for veterans who are in need of a place to live.
Each room comes full ready for residents, with dishware, climate control and a bed. Rent will cost around $500 a month for a studio apartment.
No residents have moved into the apartments yet, but management says they already have several applicants and hope to get people moving into the units as early as next week.
