Police say an arrest has been made after a 75-year-old man was hit and killed by a driver in Parkchester.

Surveillance cameras captured part of the horrific incident.

Police say Rafael Delgado, 61, is in custody and is facing charges including reckless endangerment.

The arrest comes four months after 75-year-old Wahid Miah was killed while crossing the street near Wood Avenue and White Plains Road.

His neighbor tells News 12 Miah just finished praying at the mosque when the incident happened.
