With another storm in the forecast, New York state Attorney General Letitia James is warning New Yorkers to keep an eye on the price of necessities like food, water and gas - to make sure stores aren't gouging.
James says price gouging during emergencies is illegal.
If you see prices suddenly rising, she asks that residents report it to her office.
Also included in the list are things like flashlights, batteries, and hotel rooms.
