Best of the Bronx: Derek Jeter-inspired dance
A new dance trend is set to sweep the Bronx in honor of legendary Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter.
More than a dozen kids gathered in front of Yankee Stadium to show off their moves.
Called the "Jeter-bug," the dance is built off the popular jitterbug of the early 1900s and was created in celebration of "Jeter Day" on May 14.
The 161st Street Business Improvement District is inviting fans and neighbors to a block party on Mother's Day outside Yankee Stadium. The BID will also pass out Mother's Day cards.
