While families continue to stay home amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Bond Vet, a veterinary clinic in Brooklyn and Manhattan, remains open – and is keeping pets and their owners entertained online.
Dr. Zay Satchu, the chief veterinary officer and co-founder of Bond Vet, says the clinic is respecting social distancing policies. Clients are no longer allowed inside.
"They drop off their pet right at the front door,” says Dr. Satchu. “One of our team members, who's fully gowned and geared up, will go and actually retrieve the pet, gather a little bit of information and have a phone call with [its owner]."
They also offer TeleHelath and online classes, such as tips for training, yoga with your dog and drawing your pet.
Bond Vet has locations in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn and the Upper East Side with a new facility opening on the Upper West Side in a few weeks.
