The Bronx Arts Ensemble celebrated 25 years at the Bronx Library Center on Saturday.

At the event, performers sang operatic songs from Mexican artist Pablo Zinger to pay homage to the Bronx's proud Mexican culture.

The organization says their goal is to engage artists of all ages by offering opportunities and education that gives them a chance to develop their talents.

As of last year, the Bronx Arts Ensemble worked with over 5,000 students in 40 different public schools.
