Brittany Lombardi is no stranger to competing on national television. In 2019, she competed against bakers from around the country on Food Network's Halloween Baking Championship.
Plus, her cake won third place in the America's Cake Fair in 2017.
As an artistic child in an Italian family, Lombardi says baking allowed her to express her creativity. She says she's excited to represent the Bronx again on national television this week.
For the fans who want to see her in-person, she says she'll be opening her own storefront soon in Westchester County.
