Bronx father shot in neck in Highbridge

Neighbors have identified the 25-year-old man police say was shot in the neck in Highbridge.
Rauf Yearde, 25, was shot in the neck Tuesday on Ogden Avenue and W. 170th Street around 6 p.m.
Police say he was taken to Lincoln Hospital in critical condition and has shown signs of recovery Wednesday.
Video shows neighbors rush to help the young father shortly after the shooting.
An 18-year-old man was also shot in the foot and is expected to be OK.
Police did not say if Yearde and the 18-year-old man were shooting at each other.
No arrests have been made.
