The NYPD looking for the thieves responsible in two robberies that happened just minutes apart on Jerome Avenue early Sunday.

Police say the first incident happened around 2:45 a.m. near Jerome Avenue and East 213th Street. They say a driver was blocked in and surrounded by several men, including one with a knife who stole his chain before taking off.

About four minutes away, a 38‑year‑old man was robbed at gunpoint in front of 3112 Jerome Ave.

Investigators say two men jumped out of a white Honda Accord, pulled a gun, and grabbed the victim’s necklace before fleeing north on Jerome Avenue.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1‑800‑577‑TIPS.
