A Bronx football program with no home field of its own has a chance to finish an undefeated season with a city championship.
Kipp NYC College Prep is appearing in its first-ever championship game, a special accomplishment for the squad's 16 seniors.
"We have over these years created a huge bond, over the summer we spent a lot of time with each other, we have so much chemistry with each other," says senior running back Sean Tyrrell.
Coach Mike DeFazio says the rest after the grind of the season will be nice, but he will miss certain things.
The PSAL Cup Conference Final is at Lincoln High School Sunday at 12:30 p.m.
