The parade was themed after '80s horror films. It started at Southern Boulevard and Westchester Avenue and concluded at Dawson Street.
After the parade, community members went to Bill Rainey Park for artistic showcases, celebrity meet and greets, and a costume contest where they could win a cash prize.
