Bronx residents gather at Wave Hill public garden to catch the solar eclipse

Dozens of Bronx residents came together at the Wave Hill Public Garden to get a glimpse at the solar eclipse.
Before staring into the sun (with the proper eyewear), people took part in activities like hat-making, planting sunflowers and moon flowers in honor of the eclipse, and more.
