A woman is facing charges for selling the home of a dead man with the same name as her dead father.
District Attorney Darcel Clark says the defendant, 35-year-old Tiffany King, made over $350,000 after selling the home. It wasn't until her real estate attorney realized what had happened and asked her to return the money, which she refused.
Clark says that King used the money from the home sale on a new car, jewelry, artwork and even gave her brother $10,000 to be her driver.
King now faces multiple charges, including grand larceny.
