NYCHA tenants in Kingsbridge took part in a gynecoligical workshop on Tuesday.

The workshop was hosted by cancer survivor Patricia Murillo-Casa. She says she wants to give those going through cancer some hope.

"I'm one of the lucky ones to come out on the other side and my mission now is to share my story in the hope to make a difference for other women not to go on my journey," said Murillo-Casa.

Patricia has been cancer free for 10 years.
