Hunts Point residents say police and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals have ignored their calls about a cat who has been stuck on the roof of the old juvenile detention center for the past five days.
A representative from the Animal Care Centers of NYC told News 12 that they will send a field officer out first thing Monday morning.
