The annual clam chowder competition returned to City Island on Sunday. Despite the rain, Bronx residents came out to cast their votes for the tastiest red and white clam chowder on the Island. In the white chowder category, Sea Shore Restaurant took home first place while the Harlem Yacht Club claimed the title for best red chowder.
