Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed a $15 minimum wage and paid family leave bill into law today.
Hillary Clinton was also at the rally, celebrating the victory in the fight for $15.
Under the new law, the current minimum, which is at $9, will gradually rise to $15 in the city by the end of 2018.
The rest of the state will only see the minimum wage rise to $12.50 an hour by the year 2020.
